Helena Mission
As well as a Mindset Coach, Helena is also a fully accredited Personal Trainer with 28+years’ experience, and comes with a wealth of knowledge on the subject.
Having battled depression and obesity, and feeling at an all-time low in her life, she decided enough was enough.
Her journey began with a mindset and through this, she was able to highlight her issues in order to correct them.
Fast forward, her journey led her to undergo years of studying in both Fitness, Phycology with added Life Coaching credentials to her portfolio.
This was the starting point and realisation of her purpose and mission to educate others to do the same.
She achieved her desired targets and at the same time strengthen her mindset developing the 30-day practice to becoming the best version of yourself, available on amazon
Her passion to spread the word of the importance of balancing both ‘Body & Mind’ go beyond, and she is not afraid to say it like it is.
Her straight to the point no nonsense attitude has placed her in a high rank that separates her from the rest.
Her views are on point, combined with common sense and realistic advice that serves for the long run.
